In everyday life we use products that contain substances, which in big concentration can cause significant environmental, including nature pollution or can form hazardous compounds in contact with other substances.

With hazardous there are meant:



explosive substances and products, which may explode under the influence of open flame or temperature,



flammable substances,



highly flammable - products and substances having a flash point below 21°C,



toxic products and substances, which can cause a serious health problems or lead to death if they are inhaled, swallowed or absorbed through skin,

carcinogenic products and substances, which can cause cancer or increase the possibility of incidence if they get into the organism through the respiratory or digestive organs, or through the skin,

mutagenic products and substances, which cause hereditary genetic deseases and defects.
