Found for the first time in Latvia in Ķemeri (A. Bruttan, 1870) and
in Moricsala reserve (A. Piterāns, 1972). It is negatively affected by
changs biotope and the environmental pollution. |

A locality is known in Moricsala reserve. Red Data Book of Latvia,
1992. |

Lichen biology and dynamics of population development should be studied.
Its distribution should be defined. |
