KNOWN ISSUES
---------------------------------------
* If the data required to run WinSplit is on CD-ROM,
instead of a local directory, WinSplit creates empty
_w.gsd files when extracting data from only the eastern
.gsd files Use.gsd and Uste.gsd) and empty _e.gsd files
when extracting data from only the western .gsd files
  (Usw.gsd and Ustw.gsd).

For example, if you are extracting New York only,
WinSplit creates empty _w.gsd files and valid _e.gsd
files. If you are extracting California only, WinSplit
creates empty _e.gsd files and valid _w.gsd files.

Delete any empty .gsd files to avoid mistaking them for
valid .gsd files. Empty primary .gsd files are 32 KB,
and empty supplemental .gsd files are 16 KB.

DOCUMENTATION ERRATA
-----------------------------------------
* The Centrus Desktop documentation should contain the
following information about the USPS eLOT program:

The Enhanced Line of Travel (eLOT) product is a redesign
of the LOT product to more closely resemble the postal
carriers delivery sequence. eLOT was developed to give
mailers the ability to sort their mailings in
approximate carrier-casing sequence. To aid in mail
sortation, eLOT contains an eLOT sequence number field
and an ascending/descending code. The eLOT sequence
number indicates the first occurrence of delivery made
to the add-on range within the carrier route. The
  ascending/descending code indicates the approximate
delivery order within the sequence number. Mailers can
use eLOT processing to qualify for enhanced carrier
  route presort discounts.
