You can uninstall all of the drivers you have installed or specific ones.
Uninstalling all the 9.3 direct connect drivers
You can uninstall all the ArcGIS 9.3 geodatabase direct connect for 9.2 files you have on a computer through the Windows Control Panel.
Uninstalling the 9.3 direct connect drivers for certain components
You can change your installation to remove the direct connect drivers for specific clients.
Choose Modify and click Next.

Click the feature for which you want to remove the 9.3 direct connect drivers. Choose the Entire feature will be unavailable and click Next.

This removes the files for that client.
To uninstall the ArcGIS 9.3 geodatabase direct connect for 9.2 clients files from a UNIX or Linux machine, you need to delete the drivers from the installation location.
Change directories to the installation directory for the client or ArcSDE component for which you want to remove the direct connect drivers.
For ArcGIS Server, ArcIMS, ArcReader, or ArcInfo Workstation, the following files can be deleted:
ArcGIS Engine Runtime, ArcReader, ArcGIS Server, and ArcIMS ArcMap Server install into <install_directory>/arcgis/bin.
ArcIMS installs to $AIMSHOME/lib.
For ArcSDE, the following libraries can be deleted. Which files are present is dependent on the operating system where they are installed.

ArcSDE installs into $SDEHOME/lib.
