Esri announces the ArcGIS (Desktop, Engine) 10.8.2 General Component Updates Patch. This patch
updates various components to newer versions as per the following:

    Zlib version 1.2.13
    Libxml version 2.10.4
    Freetype version 2.13.0
    Openssl version 1.1.1t
    Libexpat version 2.5.0 Gdal (internal components - Libtiff 4.5.0, SQLite 3.42.0,
	Libpng 1.6.39, Zlib CVE-2022-37434 and CVE-2018-25032 patches)

These components perform multiple functions and are used throughout the system.  Esri recommends
anyone using ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Background Geoprocessing 64-bit for Desktop, ArcGIS Engine or
ArcGIS Background Geoprocessing 64-bit for Engine install this patch at your earliest convenience.

ArcGIS Desktop 10.8.2 Spatial Analyst Slope Tool Patch

This patch fixes an issue in the Slope tool in Spatial Analyst as well as the Slope raster function
output with planar option for five specific local projections.
