Round from hms format to hm format
Syntax
timeout = hms2hm(timein)
Description
timeout = hms2hm(timein) rounds times input in hours-minutes-seconds (hms) format to the appropriate value in hours-minutes (hm) format. This special handling is needed because there are 60, not 100, seconds in a minute.Example
