The incineration system is equipped with a sewage treatment system, which is necessary for the treatment of sewage coming from the secondary cooler and absorbent columns. After the treatment, sewage will be in accordance with the EU directive 94/67/EC "On the Incineration of Hazardous Waste".

Admissible limit concentrations of polluting components in sewage from the incineration facility

Sewage treatment consists of the neutralisation, filtration, flotation and precipitation, as well as filter presses.

In the incineration process of hazardous waste, taking into account the concentration of incombustible inorganic substances, there will be generated:

slag,

soot,

filter residues.
