1. Install tesseract and OCR dictionaries using NASP2. The location of
   the installed files is 
   - for WindowsXP users:
     %USERPROFILE%\ApplicationData\NASP2\components
   - for Windows 7, 8 and 10:
     %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\NASP2\components

2. Move directory 'components' to a place accessible for anybody.

3. In the place of the moved directory create a symbolic link pointing
   to the new location of the directory 'components'.

4. Everyone who wants to use common OCR dictionaries should create such
   symbolic link.
